5 goals for your preteen ministry next year

by J.C. Thompson on December 26, 2012 in Preteen Ministry

Here it is. Lay it on the line. What are your 5 goals for your preteen ministry next year?

Here are mine:

1. Tiered Leadership Structure – more leaders with more responsibility and authority.

2. Programming Excellence Development – Stepping up our programming this year, can’t wait

3. Growth in our leaders - Did they become better? Do they see it in themselves?

4. Summer Event Growth – we do two huge summer events and more small events. I want to see all of them grow! Attendance yes, but repeatability, structure and strategy as well!

5. Develop the plan for next year – planning is a huge step don’t forget it in your plans :)

I know it’s scary but putting your goals down on paper or stating them in public help you to achieve them. Make it happen and write your goals below. I dare you!
