So I’ve got a great resource to tell you about for preteens! Yancy has created numerous resources for Children’s and Preteen ministries but this might be the best one yet. It’s a companion devotional for her newest album entitled Jesus Music Box.
From Yancy’s release:
“Matching each song to a different chapter, the 12-week devotional for preteens covers a variety of topics including standing up for Christ, how God provides, prayer, why we worship, the promise that God is always with us and more.”
It’s a great devotional with relevant examples for preteens to get started in a devotional time. Any Yancy fan will absolutely eat this devotional up. It’s a great read and east to follow for preteens. I look forward to hearing stories about how students were challenged in their relationship with God by this devotional.
I’d like to do a giveaway where you can win one copy of the devotional to use in your preteen ministry or with your kids at home. But if you aren’t willing to risk losing out on a copy of the devotional you can go and buy the Jesus Music Box Devotional straight from Yancy’s site.
